What we collect

When you request a quote: your first name, phone number, email, general service area, home size and the service details you provide. We do not ask for your home address to give you a quote.
When you book: your service address and any access details you choose to share, such as a gate code or where a key is left.
Automatically: basic website analytics such as pages visited and how you found us.

How we use it

To prepare and send your quote
To schedule, confirm and complete your cleaning
To follow up on quality and resolve any concern
To send promotional messages, but only if you checked the optional marketing consent box

Who we share it with

We will never sell your information, and we will never share information about you, your family or your home with anyone outside the service you booked. Period.

Your service address and any access details are shared only with the cleaning professional assigned to your job, and only for the duration of that assignment. This information never appears in marketing content, social posts or before and after photos.

We use standard service providers to operate the business, such as our website form provider and our scheduling and payment tools. They only receive what they need to do their job.

Photos

We may take before and after photos to document our work. Any photo used publicly is reviewed first to remove identifying detail, and we will never publish a photo that shows your address, documents, mail or anything personally identifying.

Text messages

Booking-related messages such as confirmations and reminders are part of the service you requested. Promotional messages require the separate opt-in checkbox on our forms. Reply STOP to any promotional message and we stop immediately and permanently. We never send promotional messages to anyone who has not opted in.

Your choices
